Production schedule

The purpose of a production schedule is a list/ plan of all the things each actor needs for example costumes and props and at which times, as well as how long the actors are needed for so we can have a plan to stick to on the shoot day.So we know exactly what we are doing/ when /what time etc. We heave allowed two hours for both studio sets as all we have to change in-between these are the make up and lighting therefore it will not take anytime at all to build a new set, we will then break for lunch and then make our way to the woods for our final set, and even if we run over it doesn't matter because the light we are looking for is slightly darker anyway.
